How to fuse chickens step by step
The safest fusion starts on paper: name the fighter you want to improve, then choose a spare chicken that contributes a useful skill or level. Open Fuse, add those two chickens, select the skill that should carry into the result, lock it, and check every selection before confirming. Fusion combines the pair into one mutated chicken, so each slot needs a clear job.
- Choose the chicken that your finished build should center on.
- Choose a donor that carries the skill or useful level you want to add.
- Open the Fuse menu and place both chickens in their intended roles.
- Select the exact skill you want the fused chicken to keep.
- Activate the skill lock, then use the level lock when it preserves the better level.
- Check the pair, selected skill, and active locks once more before confirming.
Choose a fusion that improves your build
Give each chicken a role before spending the pair. The base fighter is the chicken you want the finished build to center on. The donor supplies a skill or level that improves that plan. This keeps a strong fighter from being mixed with a spare that adds no useful value.
| Decision | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Base fighter | The chicken you want to keep building for your current battles |
| Donor | A spare with a skill or level the base can use |
| Good fusion | The pair fixes a real weakness or improves a role you already need |
| Weak fusion | The donor adds nothing useful to the planned result |
Keep promising duplicates until you have checked their fusion value. A spare that does not replace your current fighter can still be useful when its skill completes a better build.
How skill and level locks work
After both chickens are selected, inspect the skills shown in the Fuse menu. Choose the one you actually want and turn on its lock. The lock tells the game which skill should be preserved during the fusion. Current gameplay also shows a level lock, which can protect the more useful level when one chicken is further developed.
Do not treat the visible skill as selected until its lock is active. A quick second check prevents a different option from carrying into the result.
Fusion confirmation checklist
Pause at the final screen and verify five items:
- The intended fighter is in the base role.
- The spare chicken is supplying the planned skill or level.
- The correct skill is selected.
- The skill lock is active, along with the level lock when needed.
- The result improves the build you currently use.
If one item does not match, leave the confirmation screen and correct the pair. Saving a useful donor for later costs less than completing a fusion that does not help your next battle.
